At Zaraf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Zaraf account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
